The past few weeks have blown my mind. I mean, for real.

I have exciting things to share about our own adoption, but I can't just yet...

Don't worry though, because I have an awesome story to tell you in the meantime, and a way for you to be a part of that story!

This week our family snuck away for a little vacation. Joel and I wanted to treat the kids to some fun time away before we travel for the adoption. We were blessed by friends who let us stay with them in their beautiful vacation villa for free and helped us get a good deal on Sea World tickets.

We had a great time, and despite our kids having a total meltdown at the Mall of Overstimulation - it was some sweet togetherness.

Yet each night, I was struck by something about myself.

The past couple weeks, every time my head hits the pillow, one thought runs through my head.

I failed today.

I am not into ending my day this way, yet I can't seem to shake it.

Last weekend, we had our "Get us There Garage Sale" to raise money for our travel to adopt.

This week my table has spent a good amount of time covered in paper. And apparently, a naughty baby doll who likes to moon.
